Hi, I bought 3 tickets for Park Hopper and made a reservation in December. But my daughter can't come back to CA because of Covid-19. She wants to cancel her ticket-only her reservation. What should I do?

Hi there Kimiko, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with your question, and we appreciate your patience as we assist all Guests excited about upcoming trips to the Happiest Place on Earth

I'm sorry to hear that your daughter won't be able to join you on your upcoming visit. Like you and so many others, my family has experienced postponed vacations and get-togethers throughout the past two years. I know firsthand how disappointing it is when things don't work out as planned. Fortunately, it is possible to cancel a theme park reservation for just one member of your party.

While logged into your Disneyland account, select "Ticket and Reservation Details" from the My Disneyland dropdown menu. Select your daughter's theme park reservation and cancel it. Because Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable, her ticket will remain in your account. You can gift this ticket or another friend or family member who can join you next week (in this case, don't cancel her theme park reservation!) or hang onto it to use at a later date. If necessary, you can call Disneyland ticketing to upgrade the ticket in the future so it is valid for a new trip.

I hope this is helpful, Kimiko, and that your daughter will soon be able to explore faraway planets and superhero compounds with you. Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and if there's anything we can do to make your next visit even more magical, don't hesitate to reach out again.

    Happy holidays,
    Betsy
