I bought tickets from Orbitz and the confirmation email says to redeem it at a WDW ticket window. Can I do this at my resort concierge? I want to get my ticket the day before without going to a park, paying to park, and walking to the ticket center. Thx!

Hi Cynthia,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You can complete some ticket transactions at the resort concierge areas, but I have found that they often can't accommodate the redemption of ticket vouchers, even ones that are purchased through Walt Disney World online.

My suggestion for you would be to visit the Guest Relations office at Downtown Disney. It is a full-service desk, just like the ones at the theme parks, and parking is free at Downtown Disney. (Be aware, though, that parking is a bit trickier there right now because of the construction of the new Disney Springs).

The Guest Relations office is located in the Marketplace section, near the Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop.
