I bought our tickets online from your website. Do I have to print them out or they could be scanned from my mobile device?

    Hey there, Angelica!

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question. Each of us here on the planDisney Panel loves to share ideas and suggestions from our own Disney adventures to help you plan your magical visit.

The good news I'm happy to share is that if you have purchased a theme park ticket online with the Disney eTicket option, you have some flexibility in how you use the ticket for theme park admission. You can choose to print out the Disney eTicket from the eTicket viewer and present it for admission, or you can choose to have your eTicket scanned from your mobile device. Please keep in mind that if you choose to have your Disney eTicket scanned, your mobile device needs to be able to access the Internet to retrieve your ticket. After your ticket is scanned, you'll receive standard Disneyland Resort theme park tickets that you can use during your visit.

If you happen to leave your printed ticket behind and forget to bring it with you, you can stop by a Disneyland Resort Box Office and you can have your ticket re-issued for you. In this case, you'll need to present the credit card payment method you used to purchase the ticket and a photo ID as well as your ticket order confirmation email.

Angelica, I hope this information is helpful to you. Here's wishing you a wonderful visit to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Enjoy lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
