Bought our tickets online. I have been trying to link our tickets and the only barcode I can find to link the tickets is a 12 digit confirmation code on the email we received and it is not working. Coming from Australia and would love to start reserving.

Hi, Tracie!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to hEAR that you will soon be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!  It looks like you will be arriving in time to celebrate the holiday season at the Most Magical Place on Earth, so this is sure to be a very special vacation.

To link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, the first thing that you will want to do is open your My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone and log in to your account.  Next, click on the menu icon at the bottom, right corner of your screen (it looks like three little lines).  From this menu, select "Tickets and Passes."  Now you should see a plus sign at the top, right corner of the screen.  Click on the plus sign and then select "Link Tickets & Passes."  You mentioned that you have a confirmation email from your theme park ticket purchase, so you can either enter the ID code or use your phone to scan the bar code from that email. That's all you need to do to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  If you continue to experience difficulty with getting those tickets linked, feel free to call the Help Center to chat with a Cast Member.  They will be able to sort everything out for you quicker than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"

Once your theme park tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will need to assign each ticket to a guest in your travel party.  You will then be able to make your FastPass+ selections.  Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel may make their FastPass+ selections as early as 60 days before check-in.  Guests staying elsewhere can begin making FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance.

Did you know that you may make your Walt Disney World Resort dining reservations even if you have yet to link your theme park tickets?  Dining reservations may be made starting 180 days before you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort.  So if you haven't already done so, go ahead and start planning all of the delicious meals you would like to enjoy!

    Have a magical day!
