Now to your question, Jesse. Disney Genie+ Service is available at the time of your
ticket purchase, or upon entry to the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks on each day of your visit. Unfortunately, there is no other way to add on the service prior to your visit, but it is really easy to do so as soon as you scan your tickets each day. Just open the
official Disneyland mobile app and you'll see a button on the home screen to purchase Disney Genie+ Service, right under the welcome banner. A couple of suggestions might make this process even quicker for you on the day of your visit:
First, make sure that all the tickets for your travel party are linked in your mobile app. You can do this online or under the Tickets and Passes icon of the app. Just have your ticket ID number on hand to enter it manually, or scan the QR code or ticket barcode to add them. Another recommendation is to ensure that you have updated your profile and stored your preferred payment method for in-app purchases. You can find this using the '☰' menu and then select "My Profile" and tap on the section for Payment Method. This will make it super easy to make your Disney Genie+ Service on each day of your visit, or even place
mobile food and beverage orders or use the
Merchandise Mobile Checkout feature - all from the mobile app!
