    I bought tickets online for my son. I will not be able to go with him. How can he get his tickets if I use my credit card to pay them. Thanks for your help

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question - I'm happy to help.

    If a park ticket is purchased online using a credit card, only the guest with the credit card and photo ID will be allowed to pick up the tickets. That being said, if you have some time before his trip, you can call Walt Disney World Resort and have them mail you a hard ticket before your son's departure date.

    For inquiries about existing tickets, you can call (407) 939-7523, or 1 800 812 676 (IE).

    For future purchases, I suggest using a Disney Gift Card and use it to purchase the tickets online. Park tickets purchased with gift cards do not require presenting a credit card or photo ID when picking them up at Guest Relations.
