Hello Ulices! Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your great question.
How wonderful that you bought Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets for someone else! I am sure you are absolutely going to make their day when you deliver them!
There are a few options for you Ulices, the first is to try printing them on your own at home. If you are having trouble, I would take a look at
this page from the Disneyland site to help troubleshoot printing your tickets. Hopefully, you're able to print the tickets and gift them to your lucky family member or friend! If you are local to the Anaheim area, it would be fun to gift them with a sweet treat from
Marceline's Confectionery at the
Downtown Disney District as a fun surprise!
The second option would be to have your lucky recipient link the ticket to the
Disneyland app. Once they have the Disneyland app downloaded, they can navigate to the three horizontal bar line in the bottom right-hand corner of the app, and tap "Tickets and Passes." Then tap "Link Tickets & Passes," and they can either scan the barcode of the ticket or manually type in the number. I would remind your family member or friend that they will need a corresponding
theme park reservation to accompany their theme park ticket for entrance into the parks. They can reference the
theme park reservation availability calendar to help plan their visit.
Best of luck planning this wonderful surprise, Ulices! If we can help with any other questions along the way,
please come back to planDisney and ask!
Have a magical day,
Melissa
