Fairy Godmother, but I am happy to help you with your question! “If you'd lost all your faith, I couldn't be here. And here I am!” You are welcome to bring a printed copy of your ticket information, as long as you have the ticket numbers or barcode for the Cast Members to scan at the gate. Guests with printed ticket information can go straight to the entrance gate to scan into the parks. However, if you purchased
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, I recommend uploading your ticket information into your MyDisney account to use this add-on service.
Be sure to download the Disneyland app and log into your MyDisney account. Click on the (☰) at the bottom right-hand of the screen and then tap "My Tickets & Passes." You should be able to see your
theme park tickets on this page. If you purchased tickets outside of the
official Disneyland Resort website or
Disneyland Mobile App, you will have to manually upload your ticket numbers. Simply tap on the (+) in the top right corner and select “Link Tickets & Passes”. You can either take a picture of the confirmation barcode, tap your
MagicBand+, or type the confirmation code and “bibbidi bobbidi boo”! Your theme park tickets are now in your MyDisney account!
If you still experience difficulty with ticket information, you can speak with a friendly Cast Member on the
