Michele from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought 4 tickets online LAST NIGHT; during the purchase I was required to choose which Park for Sept. 28th (2) tickets and September 29th (2tix). I printed my Etickets and they say "Additional Reservations Required" but none available!

    Hi Michele,

It's wonderful to see you here at planDisney!

If you just purchased new theme park tickets to visit the Disneyland Resort theme parks either online at Disneyland.com or through the Disneyland Resort mobile app, then you should be all set and good to go with both your theme park tickets and your theme park reservations.

I mention this because the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system was enhanced back in May to make it easier for Guests to both purchase theme park tickets and make theme park reservations at the same time. You can read more about this enhancement here on the Disney Parks Blog.

If you recall taking the step in your ticket purchasing process where you were asked to "Reserve Your Ticket Dates," then it's helpful to know that this step also makes the theme park reservation for the dates and theme parks you select based on reservation availability.

The best way to check your theme park reservations is to take a look at your "My Theme Park Reservations" information in your "My Disneyland" account. You should see your theme park reservations displayed with their details. You can also see your theme park reservations and details displayed on the screen in your Disneyland Resort mobile app.

You should also be able to see your theme park tickets displayed in your Disneyland Resort mobile app in the "Tickets and passes" section.

Hopefully, Michele, you can see your theme park tickets and your theme park reservations displaying as expected for you. If you feel something still appears missing and you would like additional assistance, you can reach out to the Disneyland Resort Website Support team at (714) 520-6222 and talk with a friendly Cast Member for guidance.

Michele, here's wishing you a wonderful and fun time when you visit the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
