    I just bought my tickets online. How do I know if buying the tickets ordered my MagicBands?

    Thank you for asking us another question! Unfortunately, buying your theme park tickets online does not automatically order your MagicBands. However, you do have a few options for acquiring them

    At this time, if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel you will receive complimentary solid-color MagicBands. Using your My Disney Experience (MDE) account, you can customize the name and color MagicBand for each member of your party, as well as see shipment updates. Typically, MagicBands are shipped to you about three weeks prior to your arrival.  

    For Guests not staying on property, or those that want to show-off their Disney Side, retail MagicBands are available for purchase. The Disney Parks online store has an assortment of solid-color MagicBands, MagicBand-its and MagicSliders. You will also find select Walt Disney World Resort merchandise locations stock limited release MagicBands. All of these MagicBands can be quickly linked to your valid theme park tickets via your MDE account.
