    We bought tickets online and I'm trying to figure out how to link them so I can do our fast-pass. I have our purchase confirmation number, how do I get individual ticket numbers so I can register them?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Laura!

    When you purchase Walt Disney World theme park tickets through the Disney website, your tickets will automatically link to your My Disney Experience account. To reserve FastPass+ for your family, each of you must be linked through the My Disney Experience account. If you are not linked, click on My Family and Friends and follow the prompts to link each of your family members so that you can 1). Assign each purchased theme park ticket to the correct family member and 2.) secure FastPass+ reservations for each member of your family. 

    If you have searched your My Disney Experience account and you do not see your purchased tickets, you will need to call 407-566-4985 and have a Cast Member locate your tickets and assign them to the correct person. Once your tickets are assigned, you can then make your FastPass+ reservations at the 60 or 30 day mark before your visit.

    If you have purchased your theme park tickets from a website other than Disney, you will need to wait on them to arrive in the mail and enter the code on the back of the card. The number on the card is different from your confirmation number.
