I bought tickets online to Epcot for my adult kids and granddaughter. Do I have to be present when they enter the park?

    Hi, LeighAnn!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting for your family - if your theme park ticket purchase is a surprise for them, I have no doubt they will be grateful.

If you purchased the tickets online through the Walt Disney World® Resort website, at check-out, you should have been given the opportunity to create accounts and assign the tickets to each member of your family. If you did this, the tickets will have their names on them and all they will need is the purchase confirmation email and photo ID (the adults). Also, if they are staying at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel, they will receive MagicBands and the tickets will be on these Bands.

However, if you assigned all the tickets to your name at time of purchase, you may want to give a Cast Member a call at the "New Tickets" number to help you sort out how to make sure your children and granddaughter are able to use them. The direct number for guests with new ticket purchases is (407) 939-7679.

I hope this helps you, LeighAnn! Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any additional questions you may have. We'd love to help your family plan a fun day at Epcot!
