I bought tickets online with a credit card, the bank email me and said my card may have been compromised and will expire in 10 days. They did send me my new credit card. I did talk with disney and they told me to take my old card for validation. True?

    Hi Larry!

I am so sorry you were the victim of credit card fraud and am hoping it was caught before any damage was done.  I have gone through this a couple of times with my Disney Chase Visa credit card and they were quick to catch any suspicious activity before any fraud was committed.

What Disney told you is correct.  In your ticket purchase confirmation email, it should state that you need to bring photo identification as well as the form of payment used to purchase the tickets online.  In my experience, I have never been asked for the original form of payment, but it doesn't hurt to bring it along just to pick up your tickets especially since it's something Disney is asking for.  Since the credit card is no longer valid, you can dispose of it however you'd like if you have no other uses for it.

    Have a magical day!
