I bought 2 tickets, one for me, one for my granddaughter. Both tickets are I my name. Is that a problem

    Hi Ira,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question.  I am so happy to see that you will be visiting Disneyland Resort with your granddaughter, I bet you will make some magical memories together.

I am so glad you already have your Theme Park Tickets for your upcoming trip, don't worry, we will get your tickets all straightened out.  In order to change the name on your granddaughter's Theme Park Ticket, you will need to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be happy to properly assign your Theme Park Ticket over to your granddaughter.

Once your Theme Park Tickets are properly linked, you should be able to make your Theme Park Reservations.  Guests visiting Disneyland Resort now require a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation for every day you enter into a Theme Park.  Currently Theme Park Reservations are available up to 60 days in advance and continue to be released on a rolling basis.  If you have a specific date that you plan on visiting I suggest making your Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible as capacity is limited.

I hope you have a magical time at Disneyland Resort with your granddaughter, Ira.  Please come back to planDisney with any other questions you have, we are always happy to help.
