I bought tickets for my one date Is 10/24/26 for magic kingdom and one date is 12/5/26 for Epcot when I save them to my wallet i only see one ticket per person

Welcome to planDisney, Brandon! I love it when my fellow North Carolinians stop by with their questions about planning the perfect Walt Disney World vacation. I'd be happier than a cardinal in a longleaf pine to answer your question about adding tickets to your mobile wallet.

When you add tickets to your mobile wallet they are condensed into a pass using Disney MagicMobile Service. The pass you see has all of your entitlements and tickets attached to it and can be used the same way you'd use a MagicBand+ or a Key to the World card. This means you can charge purchases to your Disney Resort hotel, tap into the parks at the main entrance, and use it for Lightning Lanes and PhotoPass pictures. It really simplifies your park entry and in-park experience, and you can add multiple passes to one wallet. I scan in for myself and also create passes for my kids since they're still a bit young to be in charge of their own ticket. Convenience is the name of the game, but you should make sure that all the tickets in your account are assigned to the proper people in your party. You can easily do this online or via the My Disney Experience app.

If you want to check your tickets, you can go to "My Tickets & Passes" in the app and reassign tickets to the appropriate members of your travel party. You can do this on the Disney World website too, just hover over your character image in the top right corner, click "View My Plans & Tickets," scroll to the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab, then reassign the ticket using the drop-down menu on the right hand side. Simple!

I hope this helps you get your tickets and MagicMobile pass squared away, Brandon! Rest assured that your tickets are right where they need to be. Please visit us again at planDisney if you're looking for itinerary suggestions or additional planning tips. We love to lend a hand to our fellow guests.

    Stay magical,
    Scott
