Hi Jeanette!
Thank you for sending your
Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR at planDisney! It's my pleasure to help a fellow Texan today.
I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to peek inside your
My Disneyland Account to see your purchase history. But I'm happy to share that
Theme Park Admission Tickets are usually valid for about a yEAR, so if you bought your passes somewhat recently, then all you should need to do is make a brand new
Park Pass Reservation for your
rescheduled Disney dates and you'll be good to go!
It sounds like you may not be able to see your tickets in your My Disneyland Account or
Disneyland Mobile App anymore. That sometimes happens when passes have expired. While the use-by dates may have come and gone, the amount of what you paid for your unused tickets is safe and can be applied toward the purchase of a future admission of equal or greater value. To do this you'll need to call the
Disneyland Resort Ticketing helpline at (714) 781-4636. These friendly Cast Members can explain all of your options, including how to add add-ons you may not have had originally, like the Park Hopper or the brand-new
Disney Genie+ Service.
Pro Tip: Be sure to make this call as soon as you can as
Park Pass Reservations tend to fill up quickly during the busiest time of chEAR, I mean yEAR!
I hope that this helped to clEAR your question up and better plan your upcoming Disneyland days, Jeanette! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account where we're sharing all kinds of tips and tricks. And if you have any more
Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
