Hello, Marisela,
Uh oh! I “Fear” this situation could induce an
Emotional Whirlwind. If there should be any “Sadness” about this, I hope I can help turn it into “Joy” somehow.
The verbiage you mentioned in your question sounds similar to what is typically displayed when trying to book a new reservation for a ticket that already has an upcoming park reservation associated with it. So it may be worth checking the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website. Be sure to log in using the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you see park reservations listed under the “Upcoming Theme Park Reservations” section, you are good to go! Note, you may need to scroll down a little way on that page to see your existing reservation.
If you don’t see existing reservations listed, you will need to click on the “Book Theme Park Reservation” button to proceed to book a new park reservation. To book a new reservation for your ticket, the date must be valid for your ticket (for one-day tickets, be sure to check the
ticket tier levels) and there must be
available reservations for your ticket type.
Tony’s Tip: If you need to book a new park reservation and it appears that reservations have already run out for your preferred date, feel free to book a reservation on another valid and available date for your ticket. If your preferred date is your only opportunity to visit, don’t give up hope! Other Guests may need to cancel their reservations. So it is possible that reservations may become available again. Just keep checking the
theme park reservation availability calendar for the latest status.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Marisela!
~Tony
