I bought tickets for myself, husband, and 9-year-old son, and made theme park reservations for us. I also have a 2-year-old son. As I understand it, I do not need to purchase a ticket for him, but do I need to make a theme park reservation for him?

How ya doin' Jessica and welcome to planDisney!

First of all, I'm so glad to see that you've already purchased your Theme Park Tickets and made Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. You're making my Fairy GodTaylor duties super easy.

You're absolutely correct in your thinking that your youngest Mouseketeer doesn't require a Theme Park Ticket. Not only is Mickey giving them that gift, but he's also decreed that they don't need a Theme Park Reservation either. Your reservation is enough for your little one to come right on into the parks with you. Just pop them into that stroller and roll toward your magical destination.

Pro-tip: I know traveling with a toddler can be quite an adventure. Each park has excellent Baby Care Centers where you can purchase any items you might have forgotten for that little one or just take a quiet break when the magic gets to be a bit too much.

Jessica, I'm wishing you the most magical time ever next month. If any other questions pop up before then, come back and ask me. I'm happy to help!

    Happy planning!
