Hi. I have bought tickets for MNSSHP. They are linked on my Disney experience but I have not received a confirmation email. I printed the confirmation page when I bought them and opted to `print at home'. I live in UK should I receive a paper ticket?

    Hi Virginia,

I recommend that you bring the confirmation page with you to Guest Relations when you arrive. They will be able to use the confirmation number to issue your tickets to you. Sometimes a slight glitch in the computer system can prevent a confirmation email from being sent. As long as it is showing on your Disney Experience page and you have the confirmation number with you, you will be all set.

I hope you have a wonderful time at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Please let me know if I can assist you further,
