    I bought tickets at a military ticketing office last March and didn't get to use them at the parks, can they still be used this year? How do I go about that since It is a paper I would have had to originally taken to the ticket office physically.

    Thank you for bringing your question to us, we’re happy to help. Let me first begin with a huge “Thank You!”, from my military family to yours. I’m so happy that you can enjoy this incredible offer.

    Good news! The expiration date for promotional military tickets purchased in 2020 has been extended through December 16, 2021, due to the park closures last year. To use them, you will want to go ahead and link your paper tickets to the Disneyland mobile app. First, begin by downloading and opening the Disneyland mobile app. Next, tap the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol.  Tap “Link Tickets & Passes'' and scan the barcode for each ticket or type in the ticket ID numbers by hand. Once your tickets are all linked, select “Ticket and Reservation Details” and “Make Park Reservations” select an available date and confirm your plans!

    After that, you’re all set for your visit! Virginia, I hope this helps finalize your plans and allows you to finally use your military offer.
