Boo to you, Drew!
Welcome to planDisney, foolish mortal, and thank you for sending us this spooktacular question! Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is such a great way to add extra magic to your vacation, and I am so glad that you will be able to join the spooky fun this year. Plus, did you see Max Goof will also be meeting Guests at the Halloween parties this year? I'm sure he will "Stand Out" in his Powerline costume!
If you were logged into your
My Disney Experience account while purchasing your ticket, it should already be linked to your account and show up in the "Tickets and Passes" section on the
mobile app or the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" section online. If you are only using one device to view your plans, I would try and switch to another device as this sometimes solves little bugs for me. Also, ensure you do not have two My Disney Experience accounts! I accidentally created two accounts in the past, which made planning my trips quite confusing, so check which email the confirmation number was sent to. If you have confirmed it is on the proper account and still cannot view the ticket, I recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and I always go to them whenever I need help! If the tickets are linked, however, you should be good to go.
Now, I am not sure if this is your first time at
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, but I thought I would share some tips and tricks to have the best experience possible. Personally, I like to plan a pool day on my Halloween Party day, or a lighter park day, as the parties end late at night, and it can be tough to stay up late. Once you arrive at the Magic Kingdom Park, be sure also to pick up a party guide as they have all the important information you will need, such as the times for special entertainment and the location of the many unique offerings. Plus, the guides typically have a list of treat locations and special treats available, so that is perfect if you are a foodie like me! Lastly, I suggest looking through the
Disney Parks Blog foodie guide and
our planDisney tips to make the best of your night!
I hope this was helpful, Drew, and that you and your fellow happy haunts will have the best day ever on your next trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your vacation, please don't hesitate to reach out! Much like grim grinning ghosts, we love to come out and socialize.
Have a magical day,
Ariane
