I’m sorry to see you are having issues with linking your Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets in the
Disneyland app. To help resolve issues with linking tickets in the Disneyland app, I’ve found the Disneyland Resort
technical support team to be particularly helpful. They can be reached at (714) 520-6222 between the hours of 7 am to 9 pm.
Issues like that don’t usually take too long to resolve. But if it does, you won’t have to miss out on all of your
Disney MaxPass benefits. Yes, one of the greatest benefits is being able to select
Disney FASTPASS return times from the convenience of your mobile device. But another great benefit is reduced wait time between eligibility for additional FASTPASS times. For example, if, in the morning, you select a FASTPASS for an attraction that is for a return time in the late afternoon, regular FASTPASS would require you to wait two hours before you can select another FASTPASS time. But with MaxPass, the most time you will need to wait before you may select a new FASTPASS time for a
different attraction is only 90 minutes. Whether you use your tickets with MaxPass benefits in the FASTPASS kiosks or use the Disneyland app, you will be granted this benefit. And, of course, you’ll still be able to collect your
Disney PhotoPass attraction photo numbers and Disney PhotoPass Card numbers to
link with your Disney account to allow you to download and share your wonderful
Disneyland Resort memories!
