Hi, I bought my tickets and "MaxPass" back in Feb 2020. We are going to DL in April. I have my reservations! However, I was told I could get a refund for the MaxPass online. I have searched everywhere. I can not find how to get refund.

    Hi Gregory!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for reaching out to us hEAR!

I am so sorry for your ticket trouble, Gregory! But I am very happy that you've been able to stick it out this whole time and that you'll soon be at The Happiest Place on Earth! I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to peek inside your My Disneyland Account to see what kind of theme park admission tickets you have or how they're set up, but I am wondering about a few things. A lot of the tickets purchased pre-pandemic had their expiration dates extended through the end of 2021 or even March of 2022. If your tickets were some of these and you've already had them exchanged (in person, over the phone, magic wand, etc) it's possible that the MaxPass portion of your original tickets was already converted; double check the tickets you have now and see if they already include the brand new Genie+ add-on

If the tickets that you have now (either the originals or if your tickets have already been upgraded) are plain theme park 1-Park-Per-Day or Park Hopper admission tickets, without a MaxPass or Genie+ distinction, then you're going to have to inquire with Cast Members about this as refund cannot be done online. (I'm so sorry that that's what you were previously told!) Your best bet would be to call the Ticket services line at (417) 781-4636; or, you can wait until you're actually at Disneyland Resort and speak in person to a Cast Member at either the Ticket Booths in The Esplanade area between the entrance of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, or you can also stop by the main Guest Relations locations. These locations are City Hall on Main Street U.S.A., the Chamber of Commerce building in DCA, and there's also a Guest Relations window just outside of the entrance of Disney California Adventure Park, to the left of the entrance turnstiles.

Again I am so sorry for all of the confusion, Gregory! But it will all be worth it when you're back in the magic and also enjoying the 2022 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival.
