    I bought tickets in March 2020 and was unable to use them due to Covid. How do I use them now? I don't see any reference to them in my Disney App.

    I am sorry you had to cancel your 2020 Walt Disney World vacation, but now you have something to look forward to with your upcoming trip!

    Hakuna Matata, no worries! Your Theme Park Tickets are still linked to you. To reassign them to your new travel dates, call a friendly Cast Member at (407)934-7639. They can look up your tickets and link them to your new travel dates. Any change in travel dates or ticket types may result in a price change, so have your credit card handy in the event you have a balance due. 

    Once you have your tickets rebooked with your new dates, you will want to make your Theme Park Reservations. If you have the Park Hopper option on your tickets, you only need to reserve for your first park of the day. After 2pm, hop away without reservations! Speaking of reservations, don't forget to make Dining Reservations. These can be made 60 days in advance. May I suggest Via Napoli in EPCOT. Their pizza is out of this world!
