Hi Kelsey! Welcome to planDisney!
Sometimes the best things in life are worth waiting for! And a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort sounds just like that! This situation has been a common one over the past two years, but I'm happy you have decided to reschedule for a time that works for your family. There are so many new and exciting experiences to check out during your visit, including some new attractions that have recently debuted. You'll also get to take part in the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration and experience the magic that awaits!
Since your park tickets went unused during that time, you'll be able to use the value of those tickets toward your new ticket purchase. You won't be able to use the old confirmation code since it is not active anymore. You'll need to
call the Existing Ticket Line at the Walt Disney World Resort and speak to a friendly Cast Member for assistance. They will be able to apply the old value and set you up with new tickets. Just a heads up, if there is a price difference from the original amount you paid, you will have to pay the difference to change it. You will receive a new Ticket ID Code to link your tickets to your account once finalized.
With less than 60 days until your arrival, you are going to want to take care of this as soon as possible.
Theme park reservations are required now along with your park ticket for entry into the parks each day. Once you have your tickets squared away and linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can then make your park reservations for the parks you want to visit on select dates. Head over to the main screen of your
My Disney Experience account and select "Park Reservations" followed by "Make a Reservation". Once here, you can select the parks for each day of your trip.
Kelsey, I hope this information helps you plan your upcoming visit. Now that you are within 60 days of your visit, you can start making Advanced Dining Reservations as well!
Happy planning!
Greg
