Hello Monty,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. It's great to see you have a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort coming up.
When Guests come see us with questions about where to look at their Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, my first tip is to suggest that they sign in to their
My Disney Experience account online and look at the "My Plans" menu feature.
If you do this step, the "My Plans" menu feature will display a page for your Resort plans and your theme park tickets. You should see both a "Daily Itinerary" tab and a "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab.
Your "Daily Itinerary" tab is where you should see your day-to-day plans, including your Resort check in and check out information, as well as your Disney Park Pass information based on the theme park reservations you made with the
Disney Park Pass system. Your "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab will display the theme park tickets you purchased and the Guests in your travel party to whom they are assigned.
Typically, you can also see your day-to-day plans in the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
In the situation where a Guest is not seeing any plan information as they expect, I often suggest that they try to
link their Resort reservation and theme park tickets using the confirmation email information they received. In your case, you've noted that your confirmation emails are permanently deleted.
Monty, I think the best next step in your case is for you to give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort ticketing team at (407)-566-4985. You could also try to connect with the Resort through the
online chat service. I'm hopeful that a helpful Cast Member might be able to assist you in retrieving your theme park ticket information.
Here's wishing you a wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to stay up to date by checking out the
"Know Before You Go" information to help you make the most of your stay.
Jerry
