I bought 3 tickets and made reservations. Then I realized that I bought kids tickets and not adult tickets. How can I change them to adult tickets? The reservations are a month away what should I do?

Hey there, Diane. Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us. We’re truly glad you’re here! With the huge popularity of Guests wishing to return to the land of Magic as soon as possible, we are encountering a high volume of questions. We greatly appreciate your patience.

How delightful that your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is just around the river bend in mid-June. Now that the Disneyland Resort theme parks have finally reopened after a long, unexpected closure, I bet you’re happily counting down the number of sleeps before you stroll down Main Street, U.S.A.!

Diane, because you’ve already made theme park reservations for a specific date, I highly recommend that you contact Disneyland Resort Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A friendly Cast Member will gladly provide assistance to you and help you with switching to adult tickets instead, without relinquishing the park reservations you’ve already made. You’ll just need to pay the difference in ticket prices. There may be some wait time before you connect with a Cast Member, but they’re working diligently to ensure all Guests have the best experience. Pretty soon, you’ll be all set and ready to experience the Disney magic!

If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again, Diane. We’re all EARS and ready to help you plan an unforgettable trip to the Disneyland Resort!

    See ya real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
