Deb from NV Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought tickets and made reservations for June 14 and June 15. Now I see that Disneyland is open June 15 for out of state people. Now what do I do? I looked to try to reschedule but June 16 for either park isn't available.

    Hi there, Deb!

How exciting to be heading to The Happiest Place on Earth! I’m sure you are looking forward to making magical memories in "the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy."

As you are aware, each Guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid theme park admission and a theme park reservation. To check on your tickets and reservation status, you can use the Disneyland mobile app. From the app’s ☰ feature menu, you can view your park tickets by tapping the “Tickets and Passes” tile. Or tap the “Future Plans” tile to view your upcoming reservations. You can also view park reservations on the Disneyland Resort website. To find your reservations, look for “My Plans” under the “My Disneyland” menu.

There are two requirements to book theme park reservations for a given date:

    1. There must still be theme park reservations available for that day.
    2. The park ticket being used to book the reservation must be valid for that day.

For example, some ticket types, such as the Monday through Thursday version of the ticket offer for California residents and certain one-day tickets, have blockout dates. So even though park reservations may be available for general ticket holders for a given date, those tickets may not be valid on that date if it is blocked.

If you would like to modify an existing theme park reservation, you can visit the “My Plans” page and use the “Manage Reservation” link. After selecting which ticket or tickets you would like to change, you will see a calendar that displays available dates for that ticket type. If a date has a ‘\‘ slash instead of one or two park icons, that means that either all park reservations are currently taken for that date or the ticket being used to book the reservation is blocked on that date. If you happen to know that your ticket type is valid for the desired date but reservations are not currently available, you may have luck with continually checking for reservations to become available. You never know when other Guests may need to cancel their reservations.

Although I don’t have access to check your specific tickets and reservations, I do know where you can go for additional support if you need it. You can reach out to a Cast Member with the Tickets phone line. You may also choose to submit a question in the Disneyland mobile app using the “Chat with Us” feature found on the ☰ feature menu.

I hope you have a most magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Deb!
