Why hello there, Mark! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you've stopped by!
Oh boy! Your trip is just days away and a very important part of your trip is having your tickets to get entry into the parks. If you purchased your tickets online from the
Disneyland website, you should have received a confirmation email, possibly from Disneyland Reservations. In this email, you will see your confirmation number and your receipt. This will also have a link titled "Access your eTickets". This is what you will click and it will take you to a webpage that will show you your tickets, along with their Ticket ID #s. There is also an option to print your tickets at the top right.
Next, I suggest you download the
Disneyland app and sign in to the Disney account that you used to purchase the tickets. When you are logged into the app, tap on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right. On this menu page, you would tap "Tickets and Passes". If you do not see any of your tickets in there, you will use the "+" at the top right to link your tickets. You can link a ticket from a barcode or that ticket ID #. Once each of your tickets is linked you will be good to go and can scan into the parks using those eTickets as well. Back on that menu screen, if you tap "Future Plans" you should see upcoming theme park ticket reservations for any tickets that are linked to your account.
If for some reason you cannot locate your confirmation email and do not see any tickets linked to your Disney account in your app, I suggest reaching out to
Guest Services to see if they can pull up your account and assist you in locating your tickets.
Mark, thanks again for stopping by! I hope your visit is full of magic and churros!
Carrie
