Greetings, Kathy, and welcome to planDisney!
I’m so sorry to hEAR that you haven’t been able to use your
theme-park tickets to visit the
Disneyland Resort yet this year. I understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be for you and your family! I’m in a similar situation, with my family’s Annual Passports no longer showing up on my
Disneyland app since they recently expired. Since I can’t see your tickets, I’m not sure what the expiration date is, so I can’t determine exactly why your tickets are no longer showing in your account. However, I recommend calling the Guest Information Ticket Sales and Service Team at (714) 781-4636 so you can get some answers. A Cast Member will be more than happy to take the information you have to find out how you can use your tickets for your vacation in 2021. Thankfully, even though tickets aren’t refundable, they do retain their value, and can be applied toward a new ticket purchase.
Just keep in mind that once the parks do reopen,
reservations will be required. I recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and on
Disneyland.com for updates about this new reservation system when it becomes available.
Until then, I am thrilled to experience a little more magic this month as the Disneyland Resort continues its phased reopening with
the expansion of Downtown Disney District into
Disney California Adventure Park! Even more Disney dining and shopping opportunities will be available to Guests along Buena Vista Street! Personally, I can’t wait to do some holiday shopping at
Elias & Co., and indulge in my favorite Disney snack –
churros! I can taste them now… yum!
Wishing you pixie dust as you continue planning your magical adventures for 2021! Please stop by with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!
