I bought tickets last year. How do I make a reservation with the tickets I already purchased but didn't use?

    Hi Frances, welcome to planDisney!

First and foremost, you'll need to add your theme park tickets to your Disneyland Resort account. I found one of the easiest ways to do this is through the Disneyland Mobile App by clicking the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, selecting "Tickets and Passes", and then selecting "Link Tickets & Passes". Once your ticket is linked, you should see your ticket there, and you should also see the ticket's expiration date. As long as the ticket is not expired, you can move forward and make your theme park reservations. To make theme park reservations, log into your Disneyland Resort account, select the "My Disneyland" link, click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link, and then click "Make Park Reservations".

If your tickets happen to be expired, you still have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. You can either visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths or call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636, and the amazing Cast Members can help you apply your tickets towards the purchase of new standard theme park tickets!
