Hello Carolina!
Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you had a great time last year and are ready to create some new magical memories very soon!
If you purchased a ticket a year or so ago, there is a good chance that they have expired and are no longer in your My Disney Experience Account. However, if the ticket is unused the
value of that ticket may still be good to be used for a future ticket purchase! First, check that your ticket is linked to your
My Disney Experience Account. Just scroll down till you see "
My Tickets Passes & Memory Maker" and a valid ticket should be there. You should have gotten an email with a confirmation code after you purchased your tickets that may require you to link the tickets to your account. If you have not done so then now is the time to
link those tickets! If you purchased it directly through
Walt Disney World's website it is already linked to the My Disney Experience Account that was used to purchase it. Also, could you make sure you did not reassign it to anyone? Do you have a person from your
Family & Friends List that you may have generously given this ticket to and have forgotten? I have accidentally done that with a ticket once. Luckily it was for my son and I did get it back. (He had no clue this happened as he is 10 and I control his account. *cue evil laugh*)
If you find that your ticket was linked and not shared but is still missing from your account, I suggest you reach out to the friendly Cast Members at "
Existing Tickets." They can help figure out how to find your ticket and either assign it to your next trip or provide the value towards the purchase of another ticket. Have any confirmation numbers from your email ready as that will help locate them.
I do hope this was helpful. Remember us again if you continue to have questions!
Happy Planning!
