    I had bought 4 tickets last summer but because we were unable to grab our flight on time, we had to reschedule. Can we use these tickets next year? Or do they have to be used the same year we bought them?

    I’m so sorry to hear you weren’t able to visit Walt Disney World as planned. I’m sure that must have been such a bummer, but the good news is that there really is never a bad time to experience the magic. There is always something exciting going on, so it is bound to be incredible whenever you can make it.

    Though your theme park tickets will have expired, the value of the ticket still remains under your account and can be applied toward a future visit. To apply the unused ticket toward a new one for next year, you would need to call Guest Relations directly at (407) 934-7639, where a Cast Member will be happy to help you. Of course, if there is a change in the price, you would need to pay the difference in the ticket price at that time.

    Justin, did you know that if you visit any time before March 31st, 2023, you will get to be a part of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration? It's such a historical and magical time to visit, with so many new things to see and enjoy. If you do make it in time, make sure you leave time to enjoy the new nighttime spectacular Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park. This incredible show will leave you breathless as the fireworks and EARidescent projections light up Cinderella Castle and Main Street, U.S.A. It really is such a magical show!
