I bought tickets last March. We ended up having to cancel our trip due to the parks being closed and Covid. On My Disney Experience, it says we have until Sept 26, 2021, to use our tickets. What if we can't use them by then? Do we just lose them?

    Hello, Heather!!

Welcome to planDisney! We are delighted you stopped by and are so excited to help you plan your next Walt Disney World vacation!

First of all, I am so sorry that your vacation plans were cancelled back in March. However, I am so TIGGER-ifically EXCITED that Walt Disney World is now open and working hard to keep guests safe while having the most MAGICAL time! My family went to Walt Disney World this past July, and I have to say this trip was one of our favorite Disney vacations!!! The level of safety and care for all Disney guests was just phenomenal, and we can't wait to go back. I also know you are READY to go back as well!

I wanted to let you know that your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets will expire on September 26, 2021; HOWEVER, I have some super-duper MAGICAL news for you! Even though your tickets will expire, the VALUE on your tickets will not expire! WOOOOO HOOOO! When you are ready to book your next Walt Disney World vacation, just call 407-W-DISNEY and speak to a Cast Member. While you will not be able to see your expired tickets, the Cast Member in Ticket Services will be able to find them to help you book new dates for your Walt Disney World vacation! Don't you just LOVE happy endings?!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!
