I bought 3 tickets for my kids and I have a Hospitality Days pass for myself and the guest pass for my spouse. When purchasing the tickets for my kids one of the kids was accidentally assigned to my spouse's guest pass. Can this be corrected?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jorge! It sounds like you have a pretty exciting trip to Walt Disney World Resort coming up pretty soon and your lucky spouse and kids get to tag along for the journey. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, I'm happy to help you sort out your tickets to make sure that everyone is assigned the correct one.

You may be able to reassign your tickets yourself using My Disney Experience. Go ahead and navigate to the "My Reservations" section of the page and find the ticket you'd like to reassign and there should be a "Reassign Ticket" link to the right. It's important to do this before you use your tickets for the first time because tickets that have been used cannot be reassigned to other guests. If the link is greyed out or you're having difficulty switching your admission around, then the best thing to do would be to call the Existing Tickets hotline and speak to a Cast Member. They'll be able to see what kinds of tickets you have assigned to your account and help you make any changes that you need to. If you're already at Walt Disney World Resort and are able to speak to someone in person, you can visit the Lobby Concierge at your Resort Hotel, any Guest Relations location, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs and they'll be able to sort it out for you as well.

I hope this answers your question, Jorge, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
