We bought tickets for July 2021, but my mom got Covid and spent a month in the hospital, so we weren’t able to use our tickets. Now my tickets are gone from my account. Where did they go? We want to come in January.

Hi there, Aaron! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by to see us in advance of your next Walt Disney World vacation! As I know you have already experienced, these are unprecedented times! That Disney magic we all know and love, however, is back and better than ever! I am so happy to hear that your mother is well and you are planning a trip together in the new year!

When Disney Theme Park Tickets go unused and expire, they may fall off your My Disney Experience account. However, do not fear! Simply call Disney Reservations, and they should be able to help you apply the price paid toward the purchase of new Tickets for you both. If you have the original Ticket number or Confirmation number, try to have that handy when you can to inquire, as that should help speed things along. Once you have purchased the new Tickets, re-link them to My Disney Experience, and you’ll be one step closer to your getaway! Don’t forget to make Park Pass Reservations in advance for both of you and look at the new Disney Genie options, which are in the works, as they can help you plan the most incredible day at the Parks!

Aaron, thanks so much for stopping by to see us, and please do not hesitate to come back anytime we can help with your Disney planning and dreaming!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
