We bought tickets for July 1 2021 bought park Hopper one ticket I accidentally selected to start at Disney side the other tickets start on Disney adventure side. How do I fix this this so everyone is together on correct side?

Hello there, Verlene. Thanks for taking the time to visit us on planDisney!

I’m delighted to hear you’ll be heading to the Disneyland Resort next month! With the newly opened immersive Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park and the beautifully reimagined Snow White’s Enchanted Wish in Disneyland Park, there is so much to see and do at the Disneyland Resort. It’s great you have a Park Hopper to enjoy both parks!

I just took a peek at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and it looks like on July 1, 2021, both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are available as starting park. You can’t modify the theme park reservation, but you can cancel the one ticket you wish to switch to Disney California Adventure Park. You can do this on the Disneyland mobile app or on Disneyland.com, by signing into your Disney account. Let’s review the process if you’re using the Disneyland mobile app first:
    1) On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations”, click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”
    2) Under “My Theme Park Reservations”, click on “Cancel Reservation”.
    3) You can select the particular reservation you wish to make changes to.
    4) Go ahead and select “Who Needs to Cancel?” and follow the prompts to make the necessary changes.

For the desktop version, when you log into your Disney account:
    1) Locate “My Disneyland”. Hover your cursor over that and you will see “Ticket and Reservation Details”.
    2) Scroll down a bit and click “View My Park Reservations >”
    3) Click on “Cancel Reservation” and follow the prompts to select which particular reservation you would like to change.
    4) Voilà! Everyone in your party will now start out at the same park!

Since the theme parks continue to operate at limited capacity, I highly recommend making your new park reservation as soon as possible so that the date and park of your choosing do not run out!

If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us again on planDisney! We’re all EARS!

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki
