Hi Juan,
Are you ready to return to a land of magic? It sure sounds like you're ready to get back to the Disneyland Resort!
Thanks for your question about your expired theme park tickets.
One note that I can share is that there were a number of theme park ticket types for which the Disneyland Resort extended the ticket expiration dates. My first thought for you is to take a look at the
"Modifications and Cancellations" updates to see if the tickets you purchased are noted with an updated expiration date.
If the expiration date for your tickets was extended, then my next thought for you is this: if the tickets you purchased were eTickets, can you locate the email you received when you purchased the tickets? It should have the ticket ID number, and you can then again
try to link your tickets to your Disney account.
With your tickets linked to your account, you should be able to
use the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page to make your theme park reservations.
It might be, Juan, that you'll need to reach out to the
Disneyland Resort Tickets team by calling them at (714) 781-4636. The Cast Members on the Tickets team should be able to help you with what you need to access and link your tickets.
If you do call the Tickets team, please know ahead of time that call wait times have been longer recently with the number of Guests getting help with their tickets and plans. My best advice is to simply whistle while you work and hum a merry tune while you're waiting, and maybe even use the time to check out the c
ool interactive map of the new Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park!
Juan, here's wishing you the best as you look to make your plans to enjoy the Disneyland Resort theme parks!
Jerry
