Hi Arlin, and welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry to hear you had a mix-up when purchasing theme park tickets. I'm happy to share some thoughts on how to get this situation resolved and get you on your way to
Disneyland Resort. Please have a churro for me when you get there!
While Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California are both Disney Parks, they operate as two separate entities. This means that a theme park ticket for Walt Disney World Resort cannot be used at Disneyland Resort, and vice versa. Additionally, Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. Please see the
cancellation and modification guidance for more information.
My advice is to
contact a friendly Cast Member on the Existing Tickets line at (407) 566-4985 to find out what your options are. Hold times are longer than usual right now, but it's worth the wait to speak to a ticket expert who can assist you.
I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes that you are able to find a good solution to this issue so you can get started with planning your visit to Disneyland Resort. Be sure to read the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news and updates - I love seeing what's going on in the parks and adding experiences to my to-do list. If you have any further planning questions, please come back and see us!
Wishing you much magic,
Robyn
