Maria from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought tickets and I’m trying to make reservations. In the reservation availability page the date is available to either par but it still won’t let me choose a reservation for my tickets. It reads “reservations reached its limit”

    Welcome to planDisney, Maria!

When the Theme Park Reservations page says that the parks have reached their reservation limits, it means that there is no availability left for that particular day at the parks as the Disneyland Resort theme parks have reached their capacity that was allotted for that specific date. However, if the Availability Calendar is showing that both parks have availability, you should have no problems making a reservation… Let’s see what we can do.

First - Switch browsers and/or restart your system. Then try making those reservations again.

Second - If that does not work, try logging out and then back in to your Disneyland Resort account.

Third - If both of the above options do not help, try calling a Cast Member at Website Support at (714) 520-6222 as they have dealt with issues similar to this before.

I hope you’re able to make those reservations successfully, Maria! I’m sending all of my pixie dust to you! If you have additional questions, we’d love to hear from you again at planDisney
