If you have purchased tickets but have not received the email confirmation, you are more than welcome to give our
Guest Services team a call at (714) 781-4636. They have a whole supply of pixie dust just for situations like this. Perhaps ahead of calling Guest Services, there's a bit of troubleshooting that we can try together. First, I would give your Spam folder a peek to make sure it hasn't landed in there. Next, let's open up the Disneyland Mobile App and navigate to "Tickets and Passes" through the three-bar menu on the bottom right-hand corner. You will be able to see any active passes in this section. They will appear with a barcode that is used to scan into the park gates.
Did you hear that the
nighttime magic returns on April 22nd!? Yes, that's right! Get ready, both the
Main Street Electrical Parade (celebrating its 50th anniversary!) and "
Disneyland Forever" fireworks will be lighting up the sky above
Disneyland Park while
World of Color makes its comeback over at
Disney California Adventure Park! I just cannot wait to see these beloved favorites light the night again!
