Hi, Chris! Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question. Hooray! Your trip to the Disneyland Resort is just around the corner!
Children under the age of 3 do not require theme park admission at the Disneyland Resort. It doesn't matter the type of
ticket that the parents have, all children under the age of 3 are Guests of Mickey! You also don't need to worry about bringing anything along to prove a child's age. A Cast Member may ask your child's age at the gates, but they will generally take your word for it. As a mother of a child that has always been very tall for her age and looks older than she is, I can assure you that you won't have any trouble bringing your young children into the parks. We have been bringing my daughter to the Disney Parks since she was 18 months old and it was never an issue when she didn't need a ticket.
The only thing you will want to keep in mind is that you should include all your children on any
dining reservations that you make. This will ensure that the table is large enough to accommodate all members of your party plus any highchairs, if needed. Also, plan to use the
Baby Care Centers if you need to change diapers, nurse or feed your children, or if the family just needs a little break in a quiet area. You can also purchase baby essentials here if you find that you are in need of anything.
I hope this helps! Have a wonderful time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
