Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are very excited to answer your question regarding Disneyland Theme Park Tickets!

This is a really great question! What you need to do is call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. This is the only way to unlink the tickets from your My Disneyland Account. After the Disneyland Theme Park Tickets have been unlinked from your account, then the members of your group can then have access to link their tickets to their My Disneyland Account.

We know the wait time to talk to a Cast Member the past few weeks have been extremely long. HOWEVER, I have some MAGICAL news for you! I am very happy to inform you that when I call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Center in the evening, I have only waited a few minutes! WOO HOO! (NOTE: I have found that calling in the morning or afternoon will definitely increase your wait time.)

As more and more TIGGER-ific information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!
