    Hi! I just bought my tickets but when I go to make the theme park reservation, it says that I cannot do so. I even got a confirmation that the tickets were purchased. Could you please help me?

    Thank you so much for sending your question. It's always a pleasure to help a kind Guest like you! 

    If you bought your tickets through the Disneyland Resort's website, you should already have park reservations tied to these tickets. The best way to confirm if reservations are there is to login into your Disneyland Resort account, go to the menu under "My Disneyland," and select "Ticket and Reservation Details."

    On the next page ("Theme Park Tickets & Reservations"), click on "View My Park Reservations" to see your current bookings and look for your dates. 

    If your reservations aren't there, you can contact the Website Support Cast Members at (714) 520-6222. They will be able to help you identify the problem and fix it!
