Good day Paula!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for dropping by with your question!
I am so sorry to hear that your trip to “The Happiest Place on Earth” was delayed by an accident. Unfortunately, your unused tickets may not be used at
Walt Disney World. Disneyland Park and Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom are similar in many ways, but they are two different theme parks and are run independently. If you have your heart set on a vacation to Walt Disney World, tickets can easily be purchased
online or from the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
And, if you decide not to use your
Disneyland Resort tickets before expiration, there is no need to worry. According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of
Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So, when you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amounts towards the purchase of new tickets.
Please head back to planDisney with your future questions!
