    Tammie from CA Asked

We bought tickets to go to Disneyland for my daughter and her boyfriend but he broke it off with her can we transfer the ticket in someone else’s name

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Tammie!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are excited to answer your question regarding your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets! It looks like you will be visiting the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH in a few days! WOO HOO! I am so sorry to read what happened to your daughter, so I am wishing upon a star that you all will have the most MAGICAL day ever!

Now, are you ready for some PIXIE-DUSTED news? I am very happy to inform you that you do not have to change the name on an existing ticket in order for another person to use that specific Disneyland Theme Park Ticket. Once you all arrive at one of the Disneyland Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person using a ticket. From there, the ticket will be linked to the person on the picture, not the name on the ticket. If the ticket is a multi-day Disneyland Theme Park Ticket, this ticket must be used by the same person for each valid day on the multi-day ticket.

If you have other questions or need further clarification about your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets, you can also call 714-781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member for additional assistance.

I hope this helps you in your planning process! As more and more TIGGER-ific information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
