Hello I bought tickets to go to Disneyland and California adventure 12/29/24, 12/30/24, 01/01/25. I may need to push the date back. When would the tickets expire?

    Hiya Joshua,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us!

There’s no better place to spend the most wonderful time of year than at the Happiest Place on Earth! The Holiday Season brings hand-pulled candy canes, themed entertainment, and more. It’s a very merry celebration indeed!

I know the excitement and all the park offerings may have you changing your mind about when to visit! “Sometimes the right path isn’t the easiest one”, so Disneyland Resort allows Guests to modify their theme park reservations up until 11:59 PM PST the day before the reservation (subject to change) without penalty! You can easily modify park reservations in your MyDisney account either on the Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland Mobile App. Go to “My Reservations”, and click “Modify/Cancel”, and as long as there is park reservation availability, you can modify it faster than trying to pronounce “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!”

Tip from Tiffany: Did you know that unused theme park tickets do not expire until at least the end of next year? An unused one-day ticket is valid through December 30, 2025, and a multi-day ticket must be used within 13 days of first use or by January 12, 2026, whichever occurs first (dates subject to change). You can purchase a ticket whenever you like (either on the official Disneyland website or the Disneyland Mobile App), but the theme park reservation must be for the day you wish to visit the parks. So Hakuna Matata (it means no worries) on those purchased park tickets! The only modification needed is the park reservation date(s)!

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
