    I bought tickets to go 06/2020 when Covid shut everything down. We want to use those tickets for a planned trip 06/2022. We bought 18 tickets so it is large party can you help make sure we are not out thousands

    OK...I am so excited that you will have so many Guests joining you to experience the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! If you are not able to find your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets in your My Disneyland Account, I would recommend you call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. While I do not have access to your My Disneyland Account, a Cast Member will be able to easily see your account, find your tickets, and make sure you all are ready to go for your trip in June 2022! 

    I did want you to be aware that you can expect a longer-than-normal wait time when you call Ticket Services at the Disneyland Resort. HOWEVER, I do want you to know that I have found that calling in the evening will save you some precious time. From my experience, I have waited much longer when I called in the morning or afternoon.

    I hope this information is helpful to you. As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals are making exciting announcements all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a thing. That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of it's social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.
