How kind of you to gift your family with pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks! I'm sure they very much appreciate your generosity. If you selected the "this order will be a gift" checkbox when you purchased the tickets, the
gift recipient will need to present the confirmation email along with a government-issued photo ID at a theme park ticket window. The name you provided for the gift recipient at the time of purchase will need to match the name on the ID that's presented at the ticket window. Your family members will then receive their Key to the World cards for theme park entry, and they'll be on their way to magical experiences!
If you did not indicate that the tickets were gifts at the time of purchase, I recommend contacting the
Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985 to let them know that someone else will be picking up the tickets. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to make that note for you!
