I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your ticket confirmation email. I have a couple of suggestions that I hope will help. First, I would suggest checking your junk and spam folders for the email you used to purchase the
tickets. The confirmation email should have come through on February 7th. If you do not find your ticket confirmation email in those folders, I recommend checking your account associated with the bank card or credit card you used to purchase the tickets to verify whether or not you were charged for the tickets. If you were not charged, it is likely that the transaction was not completed and you would still need to purchase tickets. If you were charged, I would suggest checking your
My Disney Experience account to see if the tickets appear there.

Disney Genie+ Service! This convenient add-on opens up a whole new world of possibilities while you are visiting the theme parks. Our family used it for multiple days in December and it really made a difference in our theme park experience! Genie+ includes more than 40 attractions and experiences throughout Walt Disney World theme parks, as well as
Disney PhotoPass Lenses. Simply choose the attraction or experience you wish to visit, and any available times will appear. Then, select the time you prefer and arrive at the attraction or experience at the return time.
Once you have your confirmed theme park tickets, be sure to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. These are required for theme park entry. Once you have made the reservations, they will appear in your My Disney Experience account.
